With a decade of HR and recruitment experience across internationally renowned organisations - including roles with the Olympics - I have spent years on both sides of the hiring table, as a recruiter interviewing thousands of candidates and as a professional who has made bold moves herself. I moved from the other side of the world, navigated the Australian job market, took a step back, and started over in a new country - so I know from experience what that journey looks like.
