Welcome to my psychologically safe space. With a deep curiosity about the mechanics of human behavior, I am Sarika Desai, Internationally certified Life Coach and Behavioral Skills Facilitator. My passion for developing people inspires me to help clients cultivate self-awareness and clarity, enabling them to navigate more effectively towards their personal goals and aspirations. To date, I have guided over 80+ clients through 600+ hours of coaching. My academic and professional journey spans diverse roles, including IT professional, L&D facilitator, visiting MBA faculty, Emotional Intelligence and NLP practitioner coach, lay counselor, and certified DiSC trainer. This multidisciplinary experience allows me to bring a holistic, people-centric approach to every interaction. With my strong presence and empathy, I quickly form genuine connections and make others feel confident and comfortable. My ability to understand and relate to people from diverse backgrounds, paired with humility and a simple approach, defines the authentic, meaningful connections I foster.
