My focus is on helping clients move from awareness to action by strengthening self-reflection, accountability, and decision-making skills. I work with clients on areas such as stress management, workplace challenges, leadership development, confidence building, communication skills, and life transitions. My coaching approach is structured yet flexible, combining goal-setting techniques with reflective conversations to help clients identify patterns, unlock potential, and create meaningful progress. I maintain a supportive and non-directive style, where the client remains at the centre of the process. My aim is to facilitate clarity, motivation, and sustainable behavioural change aligned with the client’s values and priorities.
