I am a certified NLP Master Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, PTSD and Depression Counsellor, and CBT Practitioner Coach with a degree in Psychology. In addition to these qualifications, I am trained in several therapeutic modalities, including Inner Child Work, Sound Healing, and Family Constellation Therapy. I have worked with clients both in face-to-face settings and through online sessions, focusing primarily on personal empowerment coaching and career development. My coaching philosophy is built on three core pillars: empowerment, authenticity, and compassion. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel truly heard, seen, and understood, allowing them to explore their inner and outer experiences with clarity and confidence. My approach integrates multiple therapeutic techniques to support deeper transformation and sustainable growth. By helping clients recognize and utilize their own internal and external resources, I guide them toward reconnecting with their authentic selves while cultivating greater self-awareness and self-compassion. At the heart of my work is the belief that every individual possesses an untapped inner strength. My role as a coach and therapist is to help clients rediscover that inner source of power and use it to navigate life with confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of purpose.
