I am a certified Life Coach with a focus on emotional wellness, mindset transformation, and personal growth. Through my training with Emo Matrix, I have developed the skills to support individuals in gaining clarity, managing emotions, and overcoming personal challenges. I work with individuals—especially women—who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or struggle with self-doubt. My approach is centered on active listening, empathy, and powerful questioning, creating a safe and supportive space for meaningful self-exploration.
