My approach is holistic, addressing areas such as self-esteem, relationships, academic or career aspirations, and emotional wellbeing. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for young people to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and equip them with the skills and strategies needed to thrive. I'm proud to have developed the award-winning TAH (Transition to Adulthood) program, which has supported countless young people in building resilience, independence, and a sense of purpose. My expertise extends beyond youth coaching, as I've also worked with adults navigating employment challenges, ill health, and life transitions. My goal is to help individuals unlock their potential, develop a growth mindset, and become the best version of themselves.
