As a coach, I began my experience in human resources, working on human development processes. This allowed me to develop a program that fostered growth, development, and talent discovery. This led me to formalize my training as an executive coach, undertaking various courses and practicing within organizations as an internal coach at different levels. My desire for greater challenges led me to work with entrepreneurs, leaders, and young professionals with growth plans in various Spanish-speaking countries. My next challenge was integrating into team coaching, which gave me a systemic perspective on how a team moves toward achieving better results, while simultaneously experiencing new executive processes for defining objectives and KPIs with a more systemic approach. My experience of 8 years as a coach and 25 as an expert in human resources, leads me to continue passionately supporting the development and discovery of professional, work and personal.
