Writing I hold a Master’s degree (M.A.) in English Literature and have over ten years of professional experience working as a Lecturer. During my academic career, I developed strong communication, listening, and mentoring skills while guiding students through both academic and personal challenges. Alongside my teaching profession, I have dedicated myself to the field of personal growth and emotional well-being. I am a certified Life Coach, certified Meditation Trainer, certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, and a certified Reiki Master. Through these disciplines, I focus on helping individuals develop self-awareness, emotional balance, and inner resilience. Over time, I have also specialized as a Heartbreak Healing Coach, supporting individuals who are struggling with emotional pain, relationship trauma, and the aftereffects of narcissistic or toxic relationships. My approach combines compassionate listening, mindfulness practices, emotional coaching, and practical guidance to help people regain clarity, confidence, and inner peace. With my background in education, coaching, and holistic healing practices, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where individuals can openly share their experiences and begin their journey toward healing and personal growth.
