Athena Ghadeer

I am a trauma-informed therapeutic coach working with individuals online to support the healing of trauma, anxiety, fear, and emotional distress. I completed the professional year-long training in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté and am currently continuing my development through the advanced mentorship program. My work focuses on helping clients explore the deeper emotional patterns that shape their lives, guiding them toward greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and lasting emotional healing.
