I am a life and health coach graduated from an ICF accredited program with HCI. My focus is in client driven sessions for success for ADHD individuals. I put a heavy importance in my practice on body positivity, LGBTQ+ friendly, chronic illness friendly in the space of my practice. I want you to come into a completely safe, judgement free, unconditional zone to feel open to make mistakes while you are learning to grow towards your idealized self. My main focuses currently are financial literacy coaching, ADHD life/health coaching, and culture shock coaching.
