From Self-Discovery to Strategic Wellbeing Leadership: My Transformational Journey As a registered therapist (MBACP), Certified Life and Developmental Coach (CLDP), and Certified Business Psychologist, my professional path began not in coaching, but with a deeply personal quest for growth. In 2015, that journey led me to take a courageous leap — leaving my former career to follow my purpose: empowering people and organizations to heal, evolve, and thrive. Rooted in Counselling Psychology and supported by an Advanced Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy, I’ve since become an ICF-accredited *Professional Certified Coach (PCC)*, trained through IDDI in collaboration with Francisco de Vitoria University, completing over 2,000 hours of professional training and practice. Today, I serve individuals, couples, families, and corporate teams through Life Coaching, Counselling, and Psychotherapy. I also facilitate group support programs targeting anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. Currently, I work as a *Co-Mentor alongside the Master Trainer at ALTC for Training & Consultancy*, contributing to the development of coaches and wellbeing leaders while supporting the growth of our corporate wellbeing initiatives. I work not only as a freelance practitioner — but also as a certified business psychologist, supporting organizations in creating psychologically safe, emotionally intelligent, and high-performing workplaces. My aim is to integrate psychological insight, strategic leadership development, and holistic wellbeing solutions to drive sustainable growth. My coaching approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), leading my practice with evidence-based methods while drawing from a rich toolbox of interdisciplinary modalities. I complement this with certifications and frameworks that gamify the learning and development process, making programs more engaging, dynamic, and achievement-driven for both individuals and corporate teams.
