I am an experienced inner change coach. My focus is helping successful, but unfulfilled, elder professionals find purpose, freedom, ease, joy, and happiness. This is beyond "spiritual" coaching, an inward journey that leads to that peace that cannot be taken away. I bring a lifetime of spiritual study and practice in Eastern, Western, and Indigenous Traditions. In addition I'm an author and have been coaching corporate clients with BetterUp for over five years.
