Myrian Aeby

Expat since I was 6 months old, I've lived in more than 10 countries and speak 4 languages fluently. I've moved through every stage of the expat journey myself: the disorientation, the identity shifts, the belonging and not-belonging that come with rebuilding "home" again and again. Now, as a certified Coach, I help people navigate that same terrain so change becomes something you can move through, not just survive. I'm also the creator of The Hold Circle, a conversation card deck for expatriates, soon available for preorder. Personalized coaching for anyone navigating a life abroad: relocation, identity shifts, reverse culture shock or simply feeling unmoored in a new place.
