Charif Kaiss

I am an EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner Coach and Mindset, Resilience, Leadership, and Life Coach with over eight years of experience supporting leaders, professionals, and individuals navigating growth and adversity. Holding an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (Distinction), my work is grounded in evidence-based practice, emotional intelligence, and sustainable behaviour change. I specialise in helping clients strengthen their mindset, build resilience, develop authentic leadership, and move from insight to meaningful action. My approach is deeply client-centred, combining psychological science with practical strategy. I support clients in breaking down complex goals into clear, manageable steps while cultivating confidence, clarity, and accountability. Alongside my private coaching practice, I founded and lead an international NGO supporting individuals facing cancer, and previously worked as a Behaviour Consultant with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, designing and delivering behavioural and rehabilitation programmes. These experiences have strengthened my ability to coach across cultures, contexts, and levels of responsibility. I am passionate about empowering individuals to lead themselves and others with purpose, courage, and integrity.
