I have worked as a self-employed personal development coach for seven years. Since 2019, I have delivered over 2,500 hours of sessions and workshops to a wide range of clients. My work as a coach focuses on helping people set clear goals and develop the skills they need to manage their own lives more effectively. I have extensive experience working with people over long periods. This has taught me how to build strong, trusting relationships and how to keep clients engaged by regularly assessing their progress. Because I am used to being self-employed, I am very reliable and organized when it comes to managing my own schedule and administration. I am highly experienced in working digitally. I have run my coaching business online for years, which has made me very comfortable using video platforms and digital record-keeping systems. I also provide coaching in both English and Polish, which helps me reach and support more people in the community. In my coaching sessions, I use my teaching background to make sure my guidance is clear and easy to follow. I focus on helping my clients feel more confident and capable, always working in a way that is professional, friendly, and ethical.
