I bring deep expertise across the assessment and development lifecycle, with extensive hands-on experience in designing and conducting Behavioral Event Interviews (BEIs), role plays, case studies, and business simulations to assess leadership and functional capabilities. I facilitate one-on-one feedback debriefs and Individual Development Plan (IDP) discussions, enabling leaders to translate assessment insights into clear, actionable growth plans. I have led Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) for organizational diagnosis, informing targeted OD and talent interventions. I also design and implement competency frameworks aligned to business strategy and deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs for HR Business Partners and assessors, building internal capability while ensuring consistency, rigor, and scalability of assessment practices.
