Sylveena Dutta

My name is Sylveena Dutta , a TTT Certified Soft Skills and Communication Coach with 16 years of Experience in training and various other cross functional domains nationwide. I am an Ex Aviation Trainer. I focused initial 11 years of my career with Indigo . I have gathered strong experience by working with cross functional teams however somewhere I had deep connection and interest in T&D which led me to lead my internal training team of the entire eastern region . Over the years , I enjoyed through the process , however somewhere deep down I wanted to take my vision of training to the next level. Therefore after 4 years of Freelancing work , I transitioned myself into a Full time trainer and founded my startup on 28th August , 2024. I was an Introvert and I know how it feels struggling in that zone where you need to juggle between your hesitation of facing people and at the same time fulfilling your job requisites. Wanting to express from the soul however overthinking on the fear of judgements. I wanted to be the ray of hope for those people who were going through the same feeling which I felt than . My purpose of building "THE SKILLS MENTORSHIP" is to support people through this journey of feeling hesitant to feeling confident.
