Laura Haywood

Hi, I'm Laura Haywood, certified life coach, former therapist, and someone who genuinely believes that feeling better is something important you deserve to work towards. I spent 10 years living in the US, training and working as a coach, mentor, and facilitator, building nearly a decade of experience working with women who looked fine on the outside but who were struggling inside. In late 2025, I moved back to the UK, and brought all my experience with me. ​Today, I work with women across the UK and US, locally and online. I blend my therapy background with ICF PCC certified coaching to offer something a little different: the emotional depth of a therapist, with the forward-focused energy of an experienced coach.​ I'm here to create a trusting, supportive & challenging space for you to think clearly, be honest about where you are, and figure out where you actually want to go.
