Hi, I'm Laura Haywood, dual certified life coach & therapist, and someone who believes that feeling better is something important you deserve to work towards. I spent 10 years living in the US, training and working as a coach, mentor, and facilitator, building nearly a decade of experience working with people who looked fine on the outside but who were struggling inside. In late 2025, I moved back to the UK, and brought all my experience with me. Today, I offer coaching for those wanting clarity & steps to move forward, counselling for those wanting space to process & heal, and The Oakwood Path, a holistic, gradual journey through counselling, moving into coaching when clients are ready.
