I'm a licensed Social Counsellor, with over five years' experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a school setting. Through this work, I realised just how much parents need support too- not more pressure, judgement, or unrealistic expectations, but a safe space to talk things through and feel less alone in the everyday challenges of family life. Alongside counselling, I offer parent and family support focused on wellbeing, communication, boundaries, and navigating tricky stages like the teen years. y approach is evidence-based but very real-life: no perfect-parent pressure, no one-size-fits-all advice- just practical coaching tailored to your family. I am to create a calm, supportive environment where parents can breathe, ask questions, and leave feeling more confident and connected at home.
