I am a transformational coach who helps people move from feeling stuck to feeling clear, confident, and able to take action. Most of the time, the issue is not a lack of knowledge or intelligence. People often know what they should do, but inner saboteurs step in at the exact moment they want to grow. In my coaching sessions, we work with these patterns instead of fighting them. We identify the main saboteurs, understand what they are trying to protect, and build healthier inner leadership. The goal is to reduce self-sabotage and increase self-trust, so actions become easier and more natural. I use practical coaching tools to support emotional regulation, clarify goals, challenge limiting beliefs, and create simple steps that feel doable.
