I am an executive coach and organizational advisor with a PhD in Human Resources, specializing in burnout prevention, neurodiversity, leadership under pressure and ethical management. Founder of a consulting firm dedicated to supporting neurodivergent professionals and leaders facing complex work environments, I have developed a structured coaching approach grounded in scientific research, extensive field experience and a deep understanding of workplace suffering. I work with executives, managers and high-responsibility professionals — including physicians and lawyers — who are navigating burnout, moral distress, organizational contradictions or leadership fatigue.
