About

I am a Health and Wellbeing Coach who supports people navigating life’s major transitions and ongoing pressures. Many of the individuals I work with are adjusting to changes such as a new job or career direction, shifts in health or the management of a chronic condition or pain, relationship changes, increased caregiving responsibilities, or the cumulative stress of trying to keep everything going. While my background includes working in high-demand and high-stress environments, my focus is on helping everyday people build the skills they need to function well, feel more in control, and move forward with confidence during periods of change. My coaching helps clients recognise and shift unhelpful patterns of thinking, manage stress more effectively, and develop healthier, more sustainable habits. I place a strong emphasis on emotional awareness and emotional literacy, helping clients better understand their reactions, communicate more clearly, and respond to challenges with greater flexibility and self-compassion. Many clients also come to coaching feeling isolated or overwhelmed. Together, we explore ways to strengthen connection, build supportive relationships, and create a stronger sense of community and belonging. I use evidence-informed approaches including motivational interviewing, health and wellbeing coaching, and emotional intelligence to support practical, lasting change. My work is collaborative, non-judgmental, and focused on helping clients develop insight, resilience, and realistic strategies that fit their lives. I hold a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D.) and am a Registered Health Coach (UKIHCA-RHC) with additional training in health and wellbeing coaching, emotional intelligence, systemic team coaching, and behaviour change. As a coach, I do not diagnose or provide therapy; my role is to partner with clients to build awareness, strengthen their resources, and support long-term wellbeing at work and in life.
