Racheal Govender

Racheal currently works internationally as an executive coach and leadership development facilitator providing coaching for leaders attending open-enrolment and custom programs, as well as faculty for international senior leaders programmes, leading diverse organisations around the world. Racheal is a published author, and has written several articles for the International Coaching Federation and has spoken on several podcast panels on the topic of leadership and DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion). Racheal’s coaching approach starts with building an authentic and trusting relationship that creates a safe space for the coachee to take an in-depth perspective. She is skilled in getting to the heart of the matter in a very short space of time. A pragmatist, she enjoys bringing in the latest research on leadership, psychology and neuroscience to enable change in a fun and fresh way. Through this process, the coachee gains new self-insight and understanding of their behaviour and the situation. This results in ensuring that the next steps are personal, and transformational, leading to real and lasting change, deeper meaning, and more effectiveness in their world.
