Having lived and worked internationally for more than 20 years, I bring a global perspective shaped by extensive experience across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. I have partnered with leaders in a wide range of sectors, including Pharma, Banking, Consulting, Energy, Financial Services, FMCG, High Tech, and Insurance. Prior to focusing fully on coaching, I held senior management roles in major global organizations (BP, France Telecom, UNISYS), providing me with deep insight into the realities and challenges faced by today’s leaders. I have over 4,000 hours of coaching experience with more than 800 executives, supporting organizational and executive leadership development and personal transformation.
