My consulting career trained me to work with cross-functional teams of people from diverse backgrounds, through uncertainty, high pressure, and large-scale transformational change. As a life and career coach, I now bring that same structured, human-centred approach in helping clients clarify goals, leverage their strengths, build emotional resilience, and develop sustainable strategies for personal and professional growth, while always prioritizing psychological safety and dignity. As a former consultant, I am deeply comfortable working within programs, frameworks, and metrics. I understand how behavior change happens at scale: not through perfection, but through clear systems, incremental goals, consistent follow-through, and thoughtful course correction. I am deeply committed to helping my clients develop healthier relationships with their routines, energy, emotions, and expectations while staying accountable to what they say they want from their life and career.
