During my Master’s degree in Business and Organisational Psychology, I developed strong coaching and mentoring expertise grounded in psychological theory and practical application. Through academic projects, reflective practice, and applied learning, I gained experience in supporting individual development, enhancing performance, and fostering self awareness. I learned how to use evidence based coaching models, active listening, and constructive feedback to help others identify goals, overcome challenges, and build confidence. This training has enabled me to adopt a supportive, ethical, and results focused approach when working with individuals in professional settings.
