I am associated with Truworth Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd, worked with Accenture – Google Client, Hyderabad, where I provide one-on-one counseling, emotional well-being sessions, and preventive wellness interventions. My work involves addressing challenges such as stress, anxiety, and work-life balance, while facilitating group programs on mental health awareness, resilience, and mindfulness. I hold a master’s in psychology (Osmania University) and an M.S. in Counselling & Psychotherapy (Kuvempu University), and I am certified by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) as a Rehabilitation Psychologist. Additionally, I have completed professional training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), REBT, ACT, and DBT, which I apply in both individual and group settings. I am deeply passionate about fostering psychological well-being and promoting a positive mental health culture within organizations.
