My work is process-oriented and grounded in nervous system regulation, presence, and compassionate awareness. I integrate systemic approaches, resilience training, sound healing, mindfulness-based practices, and holistic health perspectives to support stress reduction, emotional balance, and personal growth. I do not offer clinical therapy or medical treatment. My work focuses on coaching, self-regulation, and conscious personal development within clear ethical boundaries, with referrals to licensed professionals when needed.
