Trauma-informed psychologist and certified coach, a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. Master's in Third Generation Therapies from the International University of Valencia, Spain. Certified in Cultural Intelligence and Emotional Education. Presently, I blend coaching with psychotherapy, conducting sessions in Spanish and English primarily online with professionals and students from diverse cultural backgrounds, mainly from Latin America and Europe, many residing abroad. I integrate elements and tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Coaching Psychology, Interculturality, Counselling, and somatic trauma work tools.
