I have served as a mentor to executives and managers navigating career transitions and professional growth for nearly a decade. I employ a structured yet flexible approach to help leaders focus on purpose, values, integrity, and ethics. I integrate my expertise in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Inclusive Leadership development into every mentoring relationship. My objective is to empower clients to become autonomous and prepared to pursue meaningful careers. This includes building awareness of potential biases, responding effectively, and evaluating opportunities not merely by status or salary, but through the lens of organizational culture and opportunities to create influence and drive change. Additionally, as most of my clients are international, I incorporate an intercultural perspective and actively work to deconstruct cultural biases throughout the mentoring process.
