I’m a mental health-informed coach with a background in psychology and wellbeing. I support individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps, whether in their personal lives, careers, or sense of direction. My approach is practical, compassionate, and structured, drawing on psychological insight to help clients gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and move forward with confidence. I work especially well with high-functioning individuals who appear to be coping but feel anxious, unfulfilled, or disconnected.
