As a seasoned professional i bring over 40 years of work experience. I have held Snr Positions with multinational companies with responsibility for strategic transformation, team building and leadership. I have always adopted a natural coaching approach to my work, however in more recent years i have studied the art of coaching having completed a 3 year program with Henley Business School (UK) Reading University, securing my Professional Certificate in Executive coaching and Professional certificate in Systemic team coaching. I am a passionate coach who truly believes that a good reflective conversation can change the world.
