I have trained in all the Lumina Learning suite of products. Lumina Spark is a psychometric tool that allows for a common language to be used. It also creates self-awareness of our strengths and blind spots in a way that is easy to digest and empowering rather than humiliating. I have also qualified with Barefoot Coaching which is an ICF accredited coaching certification. I am an experienced executive coach who helps teams unite, collaborate and work harmoniously. I offer 1-1 coaching for senior executives in a variety of situations eg succession planning, promotion, change of responsibility etc. I am comfortable dealing with senior leaders. My style is informal and direct.
