My role involves guiding clients through every stage of their career journey, from self-assessment and skills evaluation to job search strategies, interview preparation, and professional development planning. I work closely with clients to understand their strengths, interests, and values, helping them align these with meaningful career paths that offer both satisfaction and growth. I provide tailored guidance to help clients navigate career transitions, explore new opportunities, or overcome professional challenges. This includes creating effective CVs and cover letters, enhancing LinkedIn profiles, developing networking strategies, and mastering interview techniques. I also support clients in building confidence, resilience, and essential soft skills that contribute to long-term success in the workplace. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I facilitate workshops and training sessions on employability skills, career planning, and professional development. I stay up-to-date with labour market trends, industry requirements, and recruitment best practices to offer informed, practical advice. Ultimately, my role is to empower individuals to take ownership of their career paths, make informed decisions, and achieve their professional aspirations.
