After 16 years in commercial leadership within the corporate world, I chose to follow my passion for coaching. I’ve seen first-hand how impactful coaching can be, how it can shift mindset, improve mental wellbeing, and support lasting happiness. That experience is what led me here. I’m driven by helping people find clarity, build confidence, and feel supported as they navigate life’s transitions. My programmes are tailored to the individual, with 60–90 minute 1:1 sessions, WhatsApp support between sessions, accountability, CV support, and optional self-exploration exercises to deepen the coaching experience. My coaching style is relaxed, calm, and positively challenging. I create a safe, non-judgemental space where trust can grow and meaningful self-exploration can unfold. Through perspective-shifting conversations, I help unlock patterns of thinking that may be blocking growth, delaying decisions, or creating confusion, allowing clients to leave feeling clearer, inspired, and equipped with fresh perspectives.
