I am a Life and Career Coach with a strong foundation in psychology and holistic wellbeing, supporting individuals to create meaningful, sustainable change in both their personal and professional lives. My practice integrates evidence-based psychological frameworks with compassionate, person-centred coaching to promote health, resilience, and self-leadership. I am trained in cognitive behavioural approaches and actively utilise positive psychology to support clients in improving wellbeing, mindset, and overall quality of life. I have experience supporting individuals in workplace contexts, including working with neurodiversity, disabilities, and mental health challenges, helping clients to feel understood, empowered, and capable within their environments. Alongside this, I have a background in women’s health, specialising in coaching women who have experienced abuse, and in somatic coaching for trauma-informed healing. My approach is sensitive, grounded, and ethically informed, supporting clients to reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and sense of safety while building agency and self-trust. My coaching style blends solution-focused methods with existential approaches, emphasising responsibility, meaning, compassion, and choice. From a health coaching perspective, I draw on models such as the Transtheoretical Model of Change and Motivational Interviewing, meeting clients where they are and supporting autonomy, readiness for change, and long-term independence. I particularly enjoy working with emotions, wellbeing, somatic, mindfulness, and mindset, creating a supportive space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
