I am a former research scientist (PhD by University of Cambridge) who later worked as a longevity-focused medical analyst and is now a certified functional medicine health coach (FMCA, UKIHCA). My work sits at the intersection of science and human experience. I work with busy, high-performing/high-achieving individuals to prioritize self-care and build balance and resilience by integrating evidence-based insights with a holistic coaching approach. As a highly empathetic yet analytically minded coach, I work through virtual coaching sessions and structured, needs-based plans tailored to each client’s individual goals and context.
