Hello, I am writing to express my interest in the Emotional Listener / Feeling Listener position at MantraCare. I am a compassionate and non-judgmental listener who genuinely enjoys providing support through meaningful, one-on-one conversations. I believe that people open up most when they feel safe, respected, and heard, and I naturally create that space in my interactions. In my current work environment, I often find that colleagues come to me when they are under stress or dealing with strong emotions. I listen carefully without interrupting or rushing to fix things, offer comfort, and help them find clarity in their thoughts. I have found that this supportive listening helps them feel understood and lighter, and I am motivated to do this in a professional setting as well. I am comfortable with remote communication via chat, voice, or video, and I take confidentiality and sensitivity very seriously. I strive to respond with empathy, maintain a safe and judgment-free environment, and be fully present in every conversation. I am available to work remotely and can adapt to flexible schedules.
