I focus on behavior change, nutrition quality, movement, and mindset to help patients manage side effects, protect muscle mass, and develop routines that last beyond medication use. My role complements medical care by providing accountability, education, and practical lifestyle strategies that empower patients to succeed. I not only help them build long term sustainable habits but also empower and support all areas of their life from work stress, life events, hobbies and career progression with building confidence.
