I’m an executive and career coach with deep lived experience leading within complex organisational systems - from large, global organisations to fast-growing scale-ups. I work with individuals at pivotal career and leadership moments: finding roles aligned to strengths and purpose, accelerating successfully in new or expanded roles, stepping into promotion, and navigating complexity, pressure and change with confidence. Alongside my coaching practice, I bring years of in-role leadership across People, Culture and Transformation, as well as board-level experience as a Chair.
