I’m Arshy Ahmad. I’m an ICF PCC–certified Executive Coach with an INSEAD Executive Coaching Certificate and over 22 years of senior leadership experience across the UK, UAE, and Pakistan. Before coaching, I held executive roles at L’Oréal, Unilever, and Coca-Cola UK, so I understand leadership pressure from the inside out. Today, I work with global organizations including Unilever, L’Oréal, FrieslandCampina, and Standard Chartered Bank. My coaching focuses on leadership transformation, DEI, and women in leadership. I work with leaders individually and in groups, and I design workshops and speaking sessions that translate insight into real behavioral change.
