There are moments when we do not decide with our heads, but with our hearts. This letter arises from one of those moments: a clear and honest impulse inviting me to build this bridge toward you. From a very young age, I felt there was something more to life than simply "getting by"—a deep desire to understand the human being, to guide others to reconnect with their truth, and to remind them that it is possible to live with purpose, courage, and compassion. That calling led me to study Psychology, to train as an Integrative Coach, and to dedicate more than 10 years of my life to creating spaces where people can transform from the inside out. Today, as Development Manager at Gestión Global Capacita and founder of Acción Formativa, I accompany leaders, teams, and individuals through processes that go beyond performance; I seek to touch the core of the human experience. I do not work from the idea of having all the answers, but rather from a philosophy that summarizes my essence: being a "learning authority" (referente aprendiz). That is, to lead with honesty, teach with humility, and continue learning with passion. I have created the "4 Steps to Achieving Your Dreams" model as a synthesis of what I believe every human being needs to cultivate: a clear purpose, an expansive mindset, holistic health, and powerful communication. My work is deeply technical—having trained with mentors like John Maxwell and Robin Sharma, and in tools such as Neuro-sales and Answer Intelligence (AQ)—but above all, it is profoundly human. My greatest motivation for writing to you is not merely to take on a new professional challenge, but to be part of a community that resonates with the same purpose: expanding consciousness, unlocking potential, and building a wiser world through coaching.
