a kinesiologist (TEK – Transgenerational Epigenetic Kinesiology) and Access Consciousness facilitator, I work with the understanding that many of our challenges do not start in the present moment. Patterns can be inherited, learned, or unconsciously repeated, and the body always holds information about what is really going on beneath the surface. Through kinesiology, I help identify emotional, mental and energetic stressors that may be limiting wellbeing, focus or personal growth. Sessions are designed to gently release these blocks and support the body’s natural ability to rebalance itself. Using Access Consciousness tools, including Access Bars facilitation, I invite clients to question fixed points of view, reduce mental overload, and open up new possibilities. This work is not about fixing anyone, but about increasing awareness so that different choices become available.
