I’m Vicky, a certified coach and former Chief People Officer who knows firsthand what it feels like when life looks “successful” on the outside, but feels heavy, misaligned, or overwhelming on the inside. As a mom, wife, and professional navigating addiction, trauma, postpartum depression, and grief, I reached a point where I knew deep inside: “Not this.” Through therapy, coaching, healing work, and an unwavering commitment to growth, I found my way to a calmer, lighter, more grounded version of myself. Today, I’m more present, more joyful, and deeply passionate about helping others experience that transformation too.
