What I do is simpler — and harder. WHAT I’M EXPLORING **Reality doesn’t need fixing. Our relationship to it does.** My work lives at the intersection of four themes: 1. Human Reality We don’t experience life directly. We experience it through interpretation. Thoughts. Assumptions. Language. Memory. What we call “reality” is often a mental construction we’ve never questioned. When this is seen clearly, life becomes lighter — without effort. 2. Inner Freedom Freedom is not control. It’s not confidence. It’s not getting rid of fear. Inner freedom appears when resistance ends. When you stop arguing with what is. When you stop trying to optimize yourself. When you stop believing every thought that passes through. Nothing dramatic happens. But everything changes. 3. Wu Wei — Unforced Living Wu wei is often misunderstood. It doesn’t mean doing nothing. It means not doing violence to yourself. Action without inner friction. Movement without self-pressure. Life reorganizing itself when force drops. This is not passivity. It’s intelligence without tension. 4. Truth & Perception Truth is not something you acquire. Truth is what remains when stories fall away. Most suffering is not caused by events — but by the meanings we attach to them. I explore how perception shapes experience and how seeing clearly dissolves unnecessary struggle.
