Aldona Gaudyn

I am an ACC ICF accredited coach. I hold numerous certificates, including Gallup coach, mental resilience coach and trainer, leadership coach and trainer, crisis consultant, and mental sports trainer. I specialize in working with people experiencing burnout, stress, relationship difficulties, or struggling with career changes. I help them build a balance between their professional and private lives, build mental resilience, develop communication and leadership skills, manage teams, and prepare for annual reviews. I also provide support in situations of job loss, organizational changes, or difficult moments of adaptation, helping clients use their strengths in personal and professional development. I have 17 years of experience in international corporations, including 10 years in managerial positions with local and regional responsibility. My responsibilities included process transitions, transforming teams from transactional to strategic, and team building within a newly formed organizational unit. I graduated from the University of Economics in Poznań and completed postgraduate studies in Executive MBA at WSB Poznań/Aalto University. I am currently a psychology student. At work, I focus on partnership, an individual approach, and confidentiality. My goal is to accompany people in the process of change, strengthen their self-confidence, and develop the skills necessary to function effectively in a dynamic professional environment.
