I offer structured, affirming and goal-oriented coaching to LGBTQIA+ clients, supporting them as they navigate personal challenges, education and career development, workplace dynamics and leadership-related pressures. My approach is tailored to each individual’s goals and context, with a strong focus on emotional intelligence, self-awareness, communication, resilience and personal development. My practice is grounded in formal training as an NLP Master Practitioner Coach, alongside qualifications in EQ, parent, teen and team coaching and Mental Health First Aid. This is complemented by my academic background in Gender and Sexuality Studies and Neuroscience for Human Interactions, which informs a practical, evidence-informed understanding of behaviour, motivation and decision-making within challenging (and discriminatory) settings. My work is explicitly non-clinical. I am not a licensed therapist or healthcare professional and do not provide psychotherapy or clinical treatment. Instead, I offer specialist, LGBTQIA+-affirming coaching informed by lived experience, academic expertise and professional practice. My focus is on emotional regulation, identity integration, self-understanding and navigating personal, relational and professional challenges in empowering and practical ways. I work with a strong awareness of safeguarding and scope-of-practice limits, and where therapeutic or clinical support is more appropriate, I actively encourage and signpost clients to qualified professionals. Overall, I provide ethical, affirming and non-clinical coaching spaces that support clarity, confidence and meaningful progress, grounded in lived experience, neuroscience-informed insight and a deep commitment to the wellbeing and empowerment of LGBTQIA+ communities.
