I’m a seasoned life and relationship coach and psychologist, supporting individuals and couples who are ready to move from drifting, overthinking, or repeating the same patterns toward clarity, confidence, and healthier connection. My coaching centers on conscious self-leadership: shaping your choices with awareness, responsibility, and practical action. I work with an ontological coaching approach (not therapy) and bring psychological insight into the process, helping you strengthen emotional resilience, shift unhelpful patterns, set and maintain boundaries, and communicate with more honesty and care. In individual coaching, I support you in building self-trust, finding direction, and creating sustainable personal growth. In couple coaching, I help partners improve communication, navigate conflict constructively, and rebuild intimacy and partnership on shared values. My sessions are structured and practical, often including personalized exercises between sessions. I work fully online and offer coaching in English and Hungarian, serving clients across Europe and globally.
