 Effective coaching of individuals and teams to achieve identified objectives relating to skills and behaviours, including: navigating change, resilience, goal setting, leading teams and organisations, conflict management.  Approaching each contact with empathy and humour, the coachee is always challenged to objectively explore their unique situation and identify outcomes that are both achievable and realistic, and to which they are able to truly commit.  Proactively providing management (when previously agreed) with perceptive, evidence-based feedback on teams or individuals, allowing attention and development to be focused on specific, results-based aspects of knowledge, behaviour or skills.
