I have over 18 years of experience as an educational coach across the UK and Spain, supporting teachers, parents, and learners through individual and group coaching. My coaching practice is grounded in my extensive background as an Early Years, Primary, and SENCO teacher, which enables me to provide practical, evidence-based guidance tailored to diverse educational contexts. As a trainer and private tutor, I have delivered one-to-one and small-group coaching, focusing on personalised learning strategies, academic progress, confidence building, and inclusive approaches for learners with additional needs. I have coached teachers on curriculum planning, assessment, behaviour management, and differentiated instruction, supporting professional growth and improved classroom outcomes. In my leadership roles as a Coordinator within different educational companies and as a Nursery Manager, I coached and mentored staff through professional development plans, reflective practice, performance improvement, and leadership development. This included supporting newly qualified teachers, guiding SEN provision, and coaching teams to implement best practice and maintain high-quality standards. My coaching style is collaborative, reflective, and solution-focused, empowering individuals and teams to develop skills, confidence, and sustainable professional practice.
